Frequently Asked Questions
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery lead times are as follows:
- Peninsula Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
- Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.
Please note that custom, made to order, or engraved pieces require more time.
Once it is ready to ship out, you will receive an email notification with your order info.
If it's been longer than 10 business days since the time of your order, please contact us at hello@mydewi.com and we will take care of this for you right away.
Mydewi provide FREE shipping within Malaysia (West) for every single purchase up to MYR 60 and above.
For purchase less than MYR60 and below, standard shipping fees are applicable:
- West Malaysia: RM6.00
- East Malaysia: RM13.90
We usually engage Pgeon / Pos Malaysia for domestic orders.
Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This can take 1-3 business days depending on how your order will be delivered.
We currently accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa and debit cards.
We do not accept checks, cash, money orders or COD for payment.
The recipient is responsible for any subsequent costs incurred to return the parcel to our office or resend from our warehouse.
You will be charged in accordance to the "standard shipping fee" (refer standard shipping fee in Question 2).
- All goods sold are non-returnable or exchangeable, unless it is due to faulty item or wrong item received. Refunds, returns and exchanges are not allowed for change of mind.
- Faulty item does not cover scratches, damage caused by accident and in transit, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Items for return must be unworn and still be in their original packaging.
- Please take note that we will not accept anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
- Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.
- Sale and discounted item(s) purchased cannot be returned unless the item(s) were delivered faulty or wrong item.
Whilst we hope this never happens, we hardly ever miss a sneaky manufacturing fault slipping through our strict quality control as we check our products by hand before shipping it to you.
If we did, please contact us immediately and we will happily replace it.

Item(s) must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging within 7 days from the date received. Once the returned products have arrived, we will inspect them and process the exchange to you within 24-48 hours.
Shipping charges will be borne by MYDEWI for faulty item or wrong item received on arrival.
Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however the shipping amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed.
We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.
Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your shipping refund to be processed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and payments have been made. For this reason, please double-confirm your order details during check-out and before making a payment to complete your order.
Shipping charges of return orders must be borne by the customer except for orders which were faulty or damaged on arrival, which will be borne by MYDEWI.
Refund of cash or payment is not available except rare cases such as technical error (i.e. wrong pricing shown on the website).
For such a case, please email us at hello@mydewi.com with your full name and order number. We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. Any handling & processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
